career coaching and development

Jobshift Career Coaching Services have a proven structure that forms the basis of our work with participants. However, it is up to the experience and ability of the facilitators to use this in a way that enables real value to occur for the individual and the organisation.

We have three coaching programs that will be tailored to the particular needs of both parties:

  • Short Program – delivered over 3 sessions (ideal for people needing to get some clarification and focus).
  • Mid-level Program – delivered over 6-8 sessions.
  • Comprehensive Program – delivered either over 3, 6 or 12 months (most suited to behavioural change and realignment to organisational / leadership change).
