Career Development builds on the Career Coaching processes through the development of a collaborative, proactive approach. The aim is to uncover the developmental needs of the individual and then align these with the organisation’s future directions by developing a Career Plan and implementation strategy. These plans are not built on a formula as they are unique to each individual’s aspirations and personal circumstances.
